What are Founding Restaurants?
The first 10 restaurants on Zis hold $149 per location per month for life, in exchange for a monthly call, honest numbers we can publish, and the occasional reference. The count is public and when the seats are taken, they're taken.
What counts as a location?
A place with its own operating hours and schedule — one restaurant is one location. Run two rooms off one schedule? That's still one location.
